The Cosyfeet Podiatry Award assists one person each year to develop their professional knowledge and skills while benefitting others. The £1000 award is open to any podiatrist or podiatry student who is planning voluntary work, a work placement or research, whether in the UK or abroad. It is designed to contribute to travel and living expenses.
Former winners have undertaken a wide range of projects including those relating to wound management, Lymphatic Filariasis and Talipes Equinovarus. Some have travelled to Asia or Africa while others have conducted voluntary work or research here in the UK.
If you would like to apply for the award, visit www.cosyfeet.com/award for further information and to enter online before the closing date of April 19th 2013.
The winner will be expected to submit a report and photographs of their experience, and to be included in Cosyfeet publicity relating to the award.
